Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees on any of our plans
Do you need my credit card details?
Yes. We need a credit card to activate your monthly payment. However if you don't have a credit card, please get in touch with us and we will organise some other payment method for you.
How long is the contract?
It's a 12 month contract.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Sure you can. You only have to give us 60 days' notice. Please keep in mind that your website account will be deactivated upon cancellation. If you want to reactivate simply contact us and we will do it for you without any charges.
Can I change my subscription in the future?
Yes at any time. You can upgrade at any time.
What if I want to move to a new provider?
Yes, definitely. It's your website and you can take it away anytime. Please contact our friendly team and discuss about the buyout figure.
Do I need web hosting on top of my subscriptions plan?
No, you don't. All our plans comes with secure web hosting facility.
What about domain names?
If you don't already have your own domain name, we can organise this for you at a minimum cost. Please enquire if you need us to assist you with one.
Do I get any email addresses?
Yes, all our plans inclusive of 5 email accounts.
What is the turnaround time for my website to be online?
This is a tricky question as it depends on client response time and the complexity of the website. If it's a small site and you have all your contents ready usually we would be able to set it online in 5 days.
Do you write the website contents or we have to supply it?
We believe you as the business owner knows about your business better than us. So we want you to provide us the contents. However, We would be able to help you with content writing. You simply have to ask.
Can you organise imagery and photos?
Yes, we can do this for you. Your website by default will come with standard stock images. We recommend you change this with your own images. Please enquire if you need us to assist you with photography.
How do I make changes or update contents to my website?
With our Silver and Gold Customers we have free updates available. For the Bronze Plan customers we can do it for a small cost. If you have the CMS package included, you will have control in managing your web page contents (depending on which plan you're with), this includes updating text, images and links. Generally, our support team will be able to resolve your queries within 1-3 working days.
